Refund Policy

Box Hero offers an exchange or credit note for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 45 days of purchase. We encourage exchanges to ensure that you receive an item that meets your expectations.

Conditions to Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Process for Refund or Exchange:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at info@boxheroofficial.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue (defective product or incorrect size), and what you would like (exchange or refund).

Return and Shipping Costs:
If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, hosiery, swimwear, and beauty products. Items that are on sale, personalized, or perishable are also excluded from returns.

Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with gift cards. Promotional items are also excluded from the refund policy.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. This period may extend depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
